About me

🌞 Welcome! I'm Erin.

I’m a UX design leader, product strategist, and team manager with 15+ years of experience delivering accessible, human-centered digital products that make a real impact.

I’ve helped scale startups from the ground up, like Signal Sciences (acquired by Fastly for $775M). And I've led multi-year UX initiatives at Fortune 5 companies like Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where I guided cross-functional teams and mentored and managed junior designers.

I also have a great appreciation for creative expression, and earned my graduate degree in Animation and Digital Arts from the University of Southern California where I produced an award-winning short film.

My approach blends design thinking, systems awareness, and business strategy. And I ground all of my work in inclusivity, collaboration, and care.

Whether building a design system and team from scratch, or leading a group within a 250+ person organization, I know how to get things done and bring out the best in those around me.

I thrive when working with kind-hearted, mission-driven people and teams on solutions that improve people’s lives and support the planet.

My leadership style is humanistic, warm, and empowering; and my design process is holistic, metrics-driven, research-informed, and AI-enhanced.

Outside of work, I’m an avid ocean swimmer, skier, and nature-lover. I’ve also spent nearly a decade studying nature-based and Indigenous meditation and healing practices, which are profound experiences that continue to shape how I lead, listen, design, and live.

I’m based in Boulder, CO and work with clients and teams around the world.
